Lydell Humphrey PT, DPT, MTC is a Physical Therapist for Select Physical Therapy?s Northside outpatient physical therapy center located at 2255 Dunn Avenue Suite 207, Jacksonville FL 32218. He has achieved success in the treatment of a wide range of orthopedic disorders and sports injuries including cervical spine pain, Low Back Pain, and extremity injuries. Lydell earned a Bachelor in Exercise Science from the University of Florida in 2001. He received his Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of North Florida in 2006. He has extensive training in Manual therapy and became Manual Therapy Certified by the University of St. Augustine in 2010. He also received his transitional Doctorate from the University of St. Augustine in August 2015. He has completed numerous continuing education courses including:
