Villa Delamere offers all the privacy one might need for a relaxing vacation, but at the same time affords easy access to the main road that leads in to the charming village of Fiano and to Florence and Siena beyond. In addition to its beautiful hillside location, Villa Delamere is just 40 km south from Florence (with easy access to the charming hill towns of Chianti), about 40 minutes from Siena, and one hour from Lucca. The 400 sqm (4305 sqft) villa consists of two levels and can accommodate up to 10/11 people, in six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The dining room and all the three living rooms offer beautiful views of the countryside. On the same floor there are also a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room.
FIRST FLOOR: (150 sqm) On this floor there are five spacious, double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Suite 1 - One double bedroom and one twin/double bedroom sharing a nice bathroom with shower.
