Ponza typical house, completely restored about 8 years ago. It is located in the Center of the village of Santa Maria a 100 meters from the piers of the Marina.
The House is structured on two floors, with a splendid terrace with breathtaking views of the port of Ponza.
The renovation was done in detail and presents high-quality finishes, but suitable and in accordance with the spirit of the holiday home by the sea.
On the ground floor and the living room are located one bedroom a bathroom and kitchen.
The living room leads through an internal staircase to a mezzanine room furnished with a sofa bed (a square and a half) and with a private bathroom.
From the kitchen you access via a staircase to a seafaring bedroom and terrace.
And fully equipped terrace with BBQ, outdoor shower, sun beds and a table under the Pergola for 10 people.
Under the Pergola is a wooden structure with cushions to lie down.
Located in Ponza, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Ponza Harbor and Fazio Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Spiaggia di Frontone and Spiaggia Porto. Jet skiing, scuba diving, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.
