Towing: This is a large camper with a dry weight of 7300 lbs, it takes a 3/4 ton truck to properly tow it. Experience in towing is a must and I would need to know what you have towed in the past. I would prefer to Deliver and have recommendations for Campground that are decently priced and family friendly.

RULES:

Waste Holding Tanks: Waste holding tanks must be emptied prior to return. When you return the unit we will check the levels on the tanks to make sure they are empty. Putting anything other than human waste or RV toilet paper (supplied) in the toilets will result in an extra cleaning fee of $100.

Odors / Cooking: We do not allow anything that can create a strong smell in the RV that is difficult to remove, such as raw fish storage or cooking with heavy spices such as curry or strong gumbo. Do not flush food down the drains.

Awnings: We discourage the usage of the exterior awnings. This is for your protection because they are $1200 to replace (up to $5000 for the automatic ones) and can be damaged very easily due to weather or accidental misuse. Awnings ARE NOT COVERED by insurance. Damage to awnings, including damage while driving (tree, tollroad, etc) are 100% your responsibility and could exceed your security/damage deposit amount.

Cleaning: The coach must be returned with a clean interior. The mandatory cleaning fee means the coach does not have to be returned with sheets cleaned and floors vacuumed. It cannot be “trashed” or so dirty that it is filled with trash or dirty beyond what is reasonable for a vacation. Counter tops should still be wiped down and trash thrown away before it is returned. The cleaning fee covers us sweeping carpets, cleaning the bedding, and preparing for the next rental.
