As soon as your enter the spacious, gated courtyard, you will be greeted by the Casa Camino Resort-Style yard with brand new pebble tec Pool and large Spa, Baja Pool Tanning Shelf, large fire pit sofa lounge and a 4 club seat fire conversation pit, 4 comfortable lounge chairs, multiple shaded seating areas, natural gas BBQ cooking Island, Mountain Views, and even a putting green.

The finest finishes, design, construction & exquisite care work together to create this beautiful home. Enter the home through custom iron and glass gates and doors. The Great Room Floor Plan has good Natural Light and Wide Open Sight Lines. A Wall of Glass Doors slide away to create a seamless transition from inside to outdoor living. The Inviting Living Room with 65in Smart TV and fireplace transitions to an Elegant Dining Area and Game Room with full-sized Pool Table, then to the Gourmet Kitchen which is a showpiece, a cooks dream featuring large Dine-In Island, Slab Granite, Beverage Refrigerator, Custom Cabinets with pull-out shelves & top of the line Professional Chef Stainless Appliances. You'll find all the small appliances and other items your chef would want to prepare and stylishly present everything from quick snacks to holiday feasts.
3 EN SUITE BEDROOMS, SEPARATE OFFICE
Three en suite bedrooms offer high thread count comfort and privacy. The Luxury Primary Suite has a King bed, private patio, 50" Smart TV, large Spa Bathroom, with Soaking Tub, ample counters/cabinets, and Large Shower Room with Double Shower Heads & Body Sprays.
The Spacious Guest King Bedroom has a large TV, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, seating area.
The attached Casita has private entrance from the Pool Courtyard, Queen Bedroom, Private Bath and separate Large Den/Home Office furnished with TV, large laptop monitor, and printer.

Parking notes: Parking is available for 4 vehicles with 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
You must be 30 years or older to rent this property.
Guest staying less than 29 nights can have the pool heated for $89/night. Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs; an Advance Utility Deposit of $1500/month is required. Thanks to the owned Solar System on the roof, your electric bill will be much lower than that of comparable homes.
Up to 2 Well-behaved, "prior-approved" dogs are welcome in this home; US$150 Per Dog Fee.
Bonus: The rental rate you see includes a Damage Waiver Fee which covers up to $2,500 in unintended damage to the house during your stay (you must disclose the damage to us).
SUSTAINABLE/GREEN
This Green Home features a Large Solar System so the carbon footprint during your stay will be minimal. Other Green features include water efficient landscaping, color LED Pool Lighting (40 watts vs 500 watts!), and energy efficient Air Conditioning units.
