For rented property, you sign the rent agreement directly with the Tenant. Complete transparency is maintained in communication and financial transaction between Tenant and Owner. Security deposit is paid to you by tenant and we assure timely rent payments.For tenants SANGAU provides a ready to move in home of your choice with or without furnishing. SANGAU does not charge brokerage. There are no hidden costs for your tenancy. You pay rent and security deposit directly to the owner.
