It is always seen as a good practice to file the TDS returns. TAN is basically a 10 digit alpha-numeric code, which is issued by the Income-tax department to the people involved in deducting or collecting tax at source. Almost Every business entity has to obtain the TAN, irrespective of profit or non-profit organization. Once you receive a TAN, it is valid for lifetime.
