Before you start the TDS return filing you must have the valid TAN, registered for e-filing. You have to prepare the TDS statements using Return Preparation Utility (RPU) and validate them through File Validation Utility (FVU). You must have a valid registered DSC for e-filing of TDS return, in case you are looking to file it using DSC. And in case of filing through EVC, the principle contact's PAN should be liked with Aadhar
