List of documents required for ESIC registration

For ESIC registration, you need to submit the documents, which include registration certificate obtained under the factories act or shops and establishment Act, certificate of ESIC registration in case of company, partnership deed in case of partnership, memorandum of Association & Article of Association, list of all employees working in the establishment, PAN card of the business entity and members of the entity, list of shareholders and directors etc.
