Elements of Vendor agreement

While executing a vendor agreement the parties to the agreement must decide on all the factors beforehand and make sure that the agreement covers all the key factors they discussed upon. It must include following key elements:
• Name and description of parties
• Payment details including amount, time and mode of payment
• Description of products or services etc.
