We often hear that "less is more" - of course, this is the case when you are on the road. According to the consumer report, 8% of passengers checking baggage report lost or stolen, so if you can't lose it, please don't check it.

As a professional speaker and professional organization consultant, I spend 80% of my time on the road, so having what I need - and sending it to it as easily as possible is crucial. Here are the six things I learned:

1. Carefully choose your travel bag. Some people are even heavy before you start packing - you need a weightlifter to lift them up after you pack them.

2. If it's good and important to get there, wearing something that works well and still fits this occasion will save valuable baggage space, and if the bag is lost, you can walk "as is".

3. If you want to stay in the same hotel for a few days, consider sending large items such as sportswear or reading materials before you arrive. (If you need to sign on the recipient side, you can easily track the package if necessary.)

4. Choose clothes that have a lot of flexibility - for example, a pair of flattering trousers that can be worn with a casual sweater during the day and a tight jacket at night.

5. Shoes take up a lot of packaging space, so when choosing a wardrobe, try to reduce the amount of color required.

6. Get the travel size of the cosmetics. Place them in a hanging bag with a transparent plastic partition so you can see what's missing in a flash. If you travel a lot, always pack this and be ready.

The most important thing when traveling is a good attitude. Spend less time worrying about frustration and spend more time enjoying opportunities, such as the time of uninterrupted reading or enjoying a meal at a local restaurant. Keep a sense of humor and a pleasant trip!
