TruFlight Academy is a women-owned, veteran-owned helicopter flight school based at Finney Field (T47) in Howe just north of McKinney, Texas. Founded by Scarlett and Todd Guison, a former Army Blackhawk combat pilot and certified CFII. TruFlight provides safe and professional rotorcraft training with the modern Cabri G2 helicopters. Our programs include Discovery Flights, Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot, Instrument Rating, External Load training, CFI(I), and rotorcraft Add-on training. We also offer the option to rent our aircrafts once you obtain your license. With a focus on quality instruction, safety, and personalized training, TruFlight Academy is North Texas’ trusted choice for helicopter flight training.
