Description:
Approach IOP is a comprehensive, Intensive Outpatient Program specially tailored for individuals struggling with social anxiety, avoidance, withdrawal, and isolation. We are a group-based psychotherapy program that uses the exposure and connection of a therapeutic milieu. Approach utilities psychodynamic, experiential, ACT, CBT, RO-DBT, and novel therapeutic modalities to help participants break through avoidance, cultivate connection, and rehearse new ways of being with others and themselves.
