The original pine hardwood floors gives the room a very warm feel, along with the wood burning stove to keep you toasty. The owners have thoughtfully provided several throws on the sofas to curl up in front of the fire and read a book. Also in the living room there is a new flat screen TV and stereo. The dining area and kitchen is open plan, so are perfect to entertain your friends and family. The generous kitchen has plenty of counter space and everything you need to create a feast. Just off the kitchen is a half bath and washer and dryer.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and two baths. The Master has a queen bed, antique bedroom set, plenty of closet space and an en suite bath. The second bedroom has a bunk set with a single on top and a double below. The third bedroom features a charming dormer ceiling and a double bed. There is a full guest bath with a tub/shower combo for these two bedrooms.

Outside there is a flagstone area with a picnic table and a gas BBQ, all surrounded by soaring cedar and pine trees. There a level parking pad with plenty of parking for 3-4 cars. Walk across the street, down a short path in just 300 feet you find yourself at the beach! Chamberlands is only a mile down the road and you can walk to Homewood Marina.
