Apartment is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bar, souvenir and convenience stores.PLEASE NOTE PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. This is an older building, so the walls are thin and there will be noise from the hall and other rooms. Most of the units have a working kitchen, and some people live there, so the halls will have food odors. The property DOES NOT have parking, next to the condo-hotel there is a public parking garage they charge $24 per day and the cost goes up for holiday weekends.CENTRAL A/C OF THE UNIT IS NOT WORKING, WE HAVE 2 PORTABLE A/Cs.The property has a pool but guests must pay the front desk a fee of $10 for the access card.Guest Access:The front desk charges $10 at check in for the access cards.The Neighborhood:Located on the only boardwalk in Florida on a beach, Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. There are many bars & restaurants surrounding our building. There is a variety of food to eat, activities to do, and music to hear. There is hookah, bars & grills, restaurants & international restaurants, tours, water sports, para-sailers, and lots of people from all over the world.Other Things to Note:-> Please note that parking is not included in the price, please message me for additional information.-> Please note that the cleaning fee does not include daily cleaning service. If you wish to have daily cleaning service there is an additional charge of $35 per day. -> I provide 6 body towels, if you need washcloths & additional towels please bring your own or you WILL be charged $35 every time the cleaning company has to go to the unit. -> Parties & smoking are STRICTLY PROHIBITED, if you have a party or are found smoking in the unit security will come to the unit and you will be evicted from the property, you will also be responsible for any fines. -> CENTRAL A/C OF THE UNIT IS NOT WORKING, WE HAVE 2 PORTABLE A/Cs.-> ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. IF SMOKING ACTIVITIES OR ODOR ARE DETECTED IN THE ROOM GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A FINE OF $250.
