This Light weight compact camper for couples or small family. It's only 21' long and has an empty weight of 3305lbs, but can handle 1155 lbs of cargo for a gross weight of 4460 lbs.
It has a queen bed up front with 2 twin size bunks in the back. Dinette table that drops to added sleeping space, to sleep a total of 5. Full bath with toilet, sink, shower with upgraded body spa shower head, and tub. Kitchen with sink, 2 burner gas stove, microwave and fridge. 8000btu air conditioning, and 20,000 but furnace, gives you all the amenities for a short or long camping getaway. It has one 20 lb propane tank. I can provide a spare to take along, and if used, it will be a $20.00 charge.
As with all my campers. It is stocked with Pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, utensils, coffee maker and toaster. Basically just bring your own bedding, towels, food and fun.
Sewer hoses, water hoses, 25' extra feet extension cord for power for a total of 50 feet of cord, makes your trip easier to plan and pack.
I provide and require proper use of hitch for safety. Your tow vehicle will need a 2" receiver and working 7 prong electrical connection with electric brakes.
Delivery/pickup is an option. $5 per mile covers both round trips for delivery and pick up.
I also have generator available to rent.
