Newly built home with wifi, lots of privacy, bright with lots of windows, a great new deck with built in fire pit, bedrooms with built in bunk beds in each room in addition to queen beds, and a nice open floor plan. Wood stove inside and built in fire pit on the deck where we have spent many nights roasting marshmallows w friends and family! The house is less than a 5 minute walk to a private beach on little Squam for members of the association. Fully furnished and includes sheets/towels/kitchenware/BBQ/laundry!. This is a beautiful association. House is surrounded by trees with lots of privacy. My father in law was the contractor and built the home 5 years ago. The beach area is sandy and has a large field to sit and for kids to play. There is also a basketball net in front of the water and horse shoes. The water is crystal clear and calm. You can rent a boat at one of the marina's within a 10 minute drive. 2 Kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use! This house rental is intended is for 4 adults and their kids.

Whipple House Museum and Pauline E Glidden Toy Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Winnipesaukee and Quincy Bog Natural Area. Squam Lakes Natural Science Center and Ashland Railroad Station Museum are also worth visiting.
