You will love our cozy and stylish home built brand new in 2018. Just steps away from Squam Lake, guests will have access to our full home including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two full living rooms, and a beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Located in the Lakes region, we are close to many lakes and hiking trails. Our home comes with beach access and is just minutes to boat rental facilities for Squam Lake exploring. Come enjoy all four beautiful seasons in New Hampshire!

Walk into a tastefully decorated skier's dream living room to find a queen sized pull out couch and flat screen Smart TV with cable and apps for all of your streaming needs. The first floor also has a full bathroom and a comfortable bunk room with a full and twin bed. Upstairs you will find a second full living room with a spacious sectional couch and seating area. The living room boasts a gas fireplace and built in shelves which leads to a completely stocked open concept full kitchen and dining area. Additionally, you will find the second bedroom with a queen bed and some classic New Hampshire touches. Outside the bedroom is the second large full bath with a shower and tub. With floor to ceiling windows lining the front side of the home, the sun beautifully drenches the whole space. Outside these windows you will see gorgeous greenery for you to enjoy a perfect New Hampshire getaway in all four seasons.

The entire space is included in this rental with the exception of one owner's closet. Please, make yourself at home.

We're happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing. Our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone call or message away.

Home is quietly, nestled into a family friendly area. Downtown Holderness is about a 10 minute walk. Taxi service and Ubers are available, but having a personal vehicle is recommended if you wish to see all the lakes, mountains and attractions that the area has to offer!

Private driveway that can accommodate 2-3 cars.

Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're an old friend staying with us!

We have a high end treadmill in the downstairs living room, that is available for use upon request! For safety reasons, no persons under the age of 16 permitted to use. Any damage to the treadmill, will result in loss of full security deposit + any additional repair or replacement costs associated.

Guests will have access to the town beach, but we ask that they are very respectful of other residents. A beach pass will be made available to you, but a fine will be imposed if not returned.

Our driveway can be difficult to navigate in the winter months because it is up a dirt hill. We will reach out if there is inclement weather.

We follow all CDC cleaning guidelines.

Located in Holderness, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a lake.
