The home is 10 minutes drive to Plattekill, 20 min to Belleayre, 45 min to Hunter and Wyndham

With two full bathrooms and a finished basement featuring an additional bath, theres plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space.
Step outside to breathe in the fresh mountain air on one of the multiple decks or gather around the bonfire pit, where Adirondack chairs provide a cozy spot for evenings spent under the stars. The expansive outdoor space is perfect for both relaxation and play, with the peaceful brook adding an extra touch of tranquility. The house is equipped with a pellet stove, oil heat, private heating in each room, and AC in cooler months.
With ample parking and total privacy, this Catskills gem is ideal for a family getaway, a romantic escape, or a fun-filled retreat with friends. Always have backup generators in case of power outages and a team of individuals to ensure the property is always safe. Pet-friendly home where your pets stay for FREE while you all enjoy your vacation.  
Please do not raise the heat to higher than 72. It will always go back it it control by an outside company and goes on alert.  
Please there is not a washer and dryer on the premises that is available for use. 
The property has a bathroom with a pull-out couch and full bath for an extra $100 per night upon request to accommodate two more guests.  
The property is set back from the road on the mountainside, offering a tranquil and private escape. Upon entry, please remove any shoes to avoid tracking in dirt, and refrain from wearing shoes in the bedrooms or on carpeted areas, including the stairs. When departing, please leave the key on the red wall or in the lockbox. We kindly ask that all dishes be placed in the dishwasher and towels in the upstairs hamper. There is no need to worry about sheet removal or cleaning, as we will handle that.
Please note parties are not allowed on the premises, though small gatherings with friends are welcome. The property accommodates only the guests listed in the three bedrooms, and no additional overnight guests are permitted. Dogs are welcome but should be kept off carpeted areas. While theres a beautiful brook on the property, swimming is currently not allowed. These guidelines help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone.
