Cottage is newer construction -- everything is immaculately clean and in perfect working condition -- with an aesthetic mix of rustic and contemporary touches throughout, such as wide plank pine floors, reclaimed barn board walls, state-of-the-art appliances and custom built cabinetry with soapstone countertops. Quiet central air-conditioning throughout the house as well as high speed internet, more than fast enough for Zoom/work needs.

The cottage is located on a quiet country road, 2 miles outside the quaint village of Hobart, 'The Used Bookstore Capital of Upstate NY,' where you will find several antiquarian and used bookstores, antique shops and much more. Plattekill Ski Resort is only a 20 minute drive, and the Stamford Golf Club is just 10 minutes away.

Located in Stamford, this cottage is in a rural area. Stamford Golf Club and Plattekill Mountain are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Hobart Book Village and Gilboa Museum. New York Power Authority Blenheim-Gilboa Visitors Center and Ski Bobcat are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling.
