We have been vacationing in Hilton Head - primarily Sea Pines - for over 40 years. We bike, swim, walk, run, frisbee, fish, hike, etc. and always leave feeling so healthy. We rarely get in our car once we arrive and love it. Our 2nd row 4 bedroom, 4 full bath home is located in the best area of Hilton Head - the South Beach area in Sea Pines. The beach path is conveniently located just steps from the backyard and will lead you to a vast, quiet, and beautiful beach. Some ocean views can be seen from the main living room and you can hear the waves at night from the screened-in porch off the master bedroom. The famous Salty Dog area of Sea Pines is a 5 minute bike ride away and Harbour Town is only a 20 minute bike ride away. French doors on the first floor of our home open into a den with new flooring, a flat screen smart-TV. The den has a new large sectional. There is also one bedroom on this level with 2 twin beds and a private bath with shower. Down the hall from this bedroom is another bathroom with a shower.

14 steps up take you to the main Living Area that is open and comfortable with high ceilings, new flooring, new large sectional, and painting. The main Living Room has a large, flat screen smart-TV and Blue-ray player. Doors from the main Living Room lead to the Sunroom and front porch. The Sunroom was recently painted and is perfect for lounging and has two rocking chairs and two, large wicker chairs.

The fully equipped Kitchen features new flooring as well as a recently expanded kitchen island, new quartz counter-tops, and a large sink. The kitchen looks onto the Dining and Living Rooms and has views of the pool. The Dining Room has a large table and seating for ten (10). There are also three (3) bar stools at the kitchen island.. Doors from the Dining Room lead to the back deck with a table, umbrella, 4 chairs, and a Weber charcoal grill.

The Master bedroom is located on the second/main floor and also has new flooring and painting. It has a King bed, smart-TV, and access to the Sunroom. The private master bath has a tub/shower combo and a granite counter-top. The third bedroom is located on the other side of the Living Room and has a queen bed. There is a slider out to the front balcony. The fourth bedroom is located down the hall and has a king bed as well as a smart-TV. This room also has a private slider to a balcony. There is another full bath on this level with a tub/shower combo and a granite counter-top.

The relaxing pool area is several steps from the back deck. There are four new, comfortable lounge chairs, four additional pool chairs, and a table with an umbrella and four new chairs. Wireless internet is included.

Gregg Russell Harbour Town Playground and Lawton Stables are also worth visiting.
