New construction beach home located ocean side in Hilton Head's North Forest Beach area, only steps from the beach. The home is a two story offering 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths and 2 half baths. The living area is open to the kitchen, the entire home is decorated in an upscale beachy vibe. The living area has two sofas, a large flat screen TV, soaring ceiling and is open to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, there are granite counters, stainless appliance and two sinks for the chef in the group. Off the living area is a spacious screen porch with 2 sofas and a dining area, the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. On the first floor you will find one of the two master suites. Both of the masters have king beds, large TVS, gorgeous linens, private baths with wonderful stone. Also on the first floor is a half bath and a full size laundry room with full size appliances. Upstairs are the two remaining bedrooms, the second master has the king bed but also has a day bed with a trundle and the room is very spacious. The third bedroom has 2 double beds, all bedrooms have gorgeous furnishings and lines plus private baths. Outdoors are rocking chairs the flank the front door on the beautiful front covered porch. Located pool side you will find plenty of lounge chairs, two dining areas, 2 outdoor showers, a beautiful private pool with a hot tub that can be heated for an additional cost. The pool deck has pavers and is spacious, there is plenty of seating, there is also a propane grill located pool side. Inside the garage is a half bath and a ping pong table.
