26 Sea Lane is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom vacation home in Palmetto Dunes. Located a short 10-12 minute walk to the beach, this home features a beautiful screened in lanai and pool area, large grassy back yard and luxury touches throughout. The home also backs on to the 11 mile lagoon in Palmetto Dunes where guest can enjoy fishing, kayaking and the natural wildlife found there.

When you enter the home, you will enjoy the expansive entry way that opens to the first of two living areas. This open room features a couch that is also a Queen Sleeper sofa, and has French doors that open to the screened lanai and pool area. Just to next to this room, is the large main living area where you will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large living area. The living area has comfortable seating, a large 60 inch, wall mounted TV, and a wall of windows that adds to the bright openness of the room. The fully equipped kitchen has updated appliances, plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar that seats 2. There is also a built in desk and free wireless internet access.

The 4 bedrooms are all located on the same level. The Master bedroom feature s a King bed, access to the pool and lanai and a private bathroom with two separate vanities, a separate shower and large soaking tub. A second Master bedroom also has a King bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom features a Queen bed with private bathroom, and the fourth guest bedroom has (2) Twin beds and guest can use the 3rd bathroom which is located off the hallway. The half bathroom is located near the kitchen and main living area. Bedrooms feature 40 or 50 inch flat panel TV's.
