Seascape villa is a beautifully landscaped property with many trees and bushes for a natural and private outdoor setting. Seascape villa features 2 outdoor pools, water features, and bridges that cross over the lagoon that cascades throughout the property. The villa is a three-story, 3 bedroom, villa with a max. occupancy of 8 and offers approximately 1200 sq. Ft. of living space. The back deck faces the lagoon and is just a few steps to the pool. The front of the villa faces S. Forest Beach DR. and is just across the street from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is a short walk through an access path that leads to your private cabana and beautiful sandy beaches of Hilton Head Island. The cabana has an outside shower, private restrooms, and a changing area that is exclusively for the use of Seascape owners and their guests. The bike path is located at the front of Seascape complex, right next to S. Forest Beach Dr. Take a bike ride and explore the many beautiful sights and activities Hilton head has to offer. From restaurants and shops, several golf courses, water parks, marinas, theaters and much more! This villa has been newly renovated in December 2012. The kitchen has been totally remodeled and all rooms have been freshly painted. New carpet and ceramic tile through out the interior. Enjoy all the amenities of home in this luxurious villa! Kitchen is fully functional and features frig, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, dishes, silver ware, glasses, & cookware. Living room has a brand new flat screen TV, couch and chairs for you to relax in while taking in the breath taking views of the lagoon. Dining area seats 6 and includes a buffet. Off the living room enjoy your own outdoor patio for lounging and taking in the beauty and tranquility of this natural setting. Patio furniture includes table and chairs, and grill. Second floor includes laundry facilities, bathroom, and two bedrooms. One with twin beds, dresser, and flat screen TV that face the lagoon and the second with a queen size bed, flat screen tv, and dresser. The third floor features the master bedroom. King bed and unsuite, dresser, closet, 2 night stands with lamps, flat screen TV and sitting area. Also, enjoy your own private balcony that offers a stunning view of the lagoon. Enjoy waking to the sounds of nature and indulge in your morning coffee/tea/breakfast from your treetop paradise. Bistro table and chairs provided.
Located near the beach, this villa is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Shoppers can check out Coligny Plaza, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and Tybee Island Beach. The Sandbox and Lawton Stables are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
