We have lovingly decorated and improved our property to accommodate 8 people in stylish comfort and are just 4 minutes to Downtown Highlands. Upstairs, the Master Suite features a king bed, walk in shower, his and hers vanities, sitting area overlooking the lake and it's own coffee station. On the main floor, our queen guest room has a walk in shower on suite, and our twin guest has an on suite, tub w/Shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to entertain your family, and is adjacent to the den where you can build a fire or watch television. In the great room, your family can enjoy a meal together or relax and play games while enjoying the beauty of nature out every window. Relax by an outdoor fire in our sceened in porch while you enjoy views of Lake Sequoyah. This is our family vacation home in our Happy Place! You can canoe right from our private dock on the lake or venture less than a mile down Highway 64 to see Bridal Veil Falls or Dry Falls. Or you can walk just down our hill to On the Verandah for a beautiful dining experience, or rent canoes at Highland Canoe Company. We LOVE the local hiking and waterfalls, but also enjoy the charm of downtown Main Street and its' wonderful restaurants and shops. We're certain that Roostica Cottage will become your Happy Place too!
