POOL HEATED NOW!
Whole home resort style stay with beautiful private heated pool*, new hot tub, fenced backyard and open floor plan.
Home sits in desirable neighborhood that backs up to Oak Hollow Lake; short walk to neighborhood trails that run along the lake. No matter the weather, relax on the large screened in deck; propane fire pit, hammock and comfy seating.
4 Bedrooms on 2nd level. 3 Couches on main level with 1 double air mattress.
4-6 driveway spaces. No Parties, No Smoking.
ABSOLUTELY No Parties, Events, Or Gatherings Of Any Type
Any neighborhood disturbance WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and will result in immediate eviction without refund + $1000 fine.
Quiet Hours after 10PM
No unregistered guests. Primary guest will be charged $35 per person per night for each unregistered guest.
NO SMOKING. Smoke smell in the home will result in $500 cleaning fine.
Pet Fee of $30 per night with a cap at $300+ any additional cleaning charges associated. You must clean up poop and any mess. Any and all damages will be charged accordingly above the pet fee.
DO NOT TOUCH/OPERATE POOL EQUIPMENT - Everything is set up to be automatic. Pool can not be heated in the winter. Heater does not operate when temperature is 60 degrees or lower.
We are not responsible for injury on the property including the pool. By renting our home you are agreeing that we are free of liability. Swim and stay at your own risk!
No access to Basement, Attic or personal locked closets. Violations will result in $500 fine, immediate eviction and any other necessary actions.
Outdoor AND off limit areas under video surveillance cameras for everyones protection.
No Locals unless approved my us.

Early check in/check out is available for a $30 fee with the approval of the host
