PRIVATE Fenced YARD, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom conveniently located near major highways, major venues, businesses and 2 minutes to High Point University. We're set-up to house you for a long-term stay should you need.
Our place has all the kitchen basics and there are 2 SMART TVs. Our cleaners spend extra time cleaning!

When you walk in the door to the living room you will immediately notice how spacious and relaxing the vibe of the place is. You have a Smart TV in the living room as well as 1 in one of the bedrooms. The home has a security system that will make your stay stress-free. There is a doorbell camera facing the front exterior of the home and a camera for the side entrance to the house.
We have 3 bedrooms that invites that relaxing feeling you have when you are comfortably staying at your own home. There is a long hallway, with 2 bedroom on the right, and the bathroom and 3rd bedroom on the left. Two of the bedrooms have windows overlooking the backyard.
OUR HOME IS IDEAL for those interested in longer stays as we offer discounts for longer stay, will be reflected when you select dates. We're set-up for vacation renters, corporate renters, traveling workers, those visiting HPU and those relocating to High Point, Jamestown, Archdale or Thomasville. We're only 2 min from the main highway to quickly access those towns.
As there aren't always guests that honor our home that we spent extensive time to deliver the best possible home experience. We've had to implement an extensive House Rules for our guests which consider the experience of current and future guests, while being respectful of our home and neighbors.

Located in High Point, this vacation home is near theme parks. High Point Museum and White Oak Amphitheatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Mendenhall Homeplace and Castle McCulloch.
