Jacob's new family approved RV! This is a brand new Forest River Alpha Wolf. The RV has a slide out, with a dining area, and a jackknife sofa.

The RV features a tankless on demand water heater, solar power, two led TV's, separate primary bedroom, gas stove/oven, large refrigerator/freezer, shower/tub, LED lighting inside and out, Pop Up Canopy provided, LED fireplace/heater, 1 ton ac unit, outside stove, refrigerator, and ice maker, outside shower, and even a built in floor vacuum!

This is truly a great RV and I am pleased to share it with others who will appreciate it! It's a great floor plan for kids, and I can speak from experience.

If you are reserving this RV, your campsite MUST be at least 33 feet long, and wide enough to accommodate a portion of the RV that slides outward from the side. Campsites are recommended to have at least a 30 AMP electrical connection or 50 AMP, and septic hookup. If your site only has water and no septic, there is a fee for me to empty your tanks after you have completed your stay. A generator is available for rent if needed for primitive camping.

Due to the high probability of damage to the awning, it is disabled. A 10X10 pop up canopy is provided.
