Enabling recovery for people with mental health problems
Including Anxiety, Depression, Stress and distress, Psychosis and Mood disorder
At Illuminate you will receive a personal one to one service which is responsive and caters to your individual Mental Health needs. You will initially receive an in depth Assessment which can take up to 1.5 hours, this will fully explore your Mental Health, Psychological and Social Care needs.
This will allow for a holistic plan of care to be agreed and interventions discussed. The assessment does not inform a medical diagnosis because the purpose of the assessment and care is to explore an understanding of individual symptoms and experiences so that you can feel fully in control of your Mental Health.
