The unique front queen bed flips up to create additional seating space during the day. The kitchen slide out provides extra room for the ever-popular U-dinette and includes a panoramic window. The rear bunkhouse gives you double over double bunks for additional flexibility and comfort, while the outside kitchen gives you additional options for mealtime and entertainment.

To enhance your traveling experience, the Salem FSX features a stove with 2 burners, a microwave, a 11 cu-ft refrigerator with freezer to hold enough food and drinks for those tailgating parties, 1 AC unit, 1 furnace, and 1 TV inside to enjoy when you bring your mobile wifi along with you.

This Salem FSX 178BHSK, has a Gvwr of 5,620 lbs and carries one 43 gallon Fresh Water Holding Tank, one 30 gallon Black Water Holding Tank, and one 30 gallon Gray Water Holding Tank.

Trailer also includes Bluetooth stereo, indoor/outdoor speakers, USB ports for phone charging, central AC w/ wall thermostat, furnace, stabilizers, powered 12' awning and LED lighting.
*Please note- The electrical awning is available for usage, but I strongly recommend not using it because the insurance will not cover if damaged.

Our trailer is FULLY STOCKED with all of the things you need to enjoy camping with you family:
-Bed sheets, blankets & pillows (Set for 4)
-Bath face and drying towels (Set for 4)
-Lotion and shower soap
-Pots, pans, dishes, measuring spoons/cups, cooking utensils, plates, cups, napkins, dish washing liquids, counter cleaning spray, K-cup single serve coffee maker, toaster, mini waffle maker, egg steamer.
-Outdoor rug, 2 chairs, 10x10 canopy, slide-out outdoor griddle and mini refrigerator, optional portable BBQ Grill (for additional fee).
-All needed connectors (for water, electricity, and dumping)
(All you need is your hygiene bags, food and drinks)

Our check in/out times are flexible.

DRY CAMPING CAPABLE:
Propane tank runs refrigerator and furnace during dry camping. Recommend one tank for every two days during fall/winter season. (Additional tanks available upon request for additional fee)
-Generator (available upon request for an additional fee)
*Please note- if you plan to dry camp, you will need a generator for power. The AC, microwave and TV will not workout having electric hookups at a campsite or having a generator.

TOWING INFORMATION:
Trailers weighs 4,092 lbs dry/ 5,620 lbs fully loaded. It's recommended your tow vehicle be able to tow at least 5,620 lbs. Please verify in your owner's manual prior to renting. Additionally your vehicle will require a brake controller. Electric brake easily stops the trailer and controls sway. Hitch with round sway bars provided. Please research to ensure that your tow vehicle can tow this trailer.

DELIVERY OPTION:
Fee includes set up and pick up of the trailer if desired at campsite or dry camping location. ***Prior to INSTAbooking, please contact me for arrangements.
