This custom-built tiny house is on a two-acre forested lot, is eco-friendly, powered by solar energy, and includes a car charger. The property is less than 2 miles from Quechee Village and Simon Pearce and an easy day trip to major ski resorts and hiking trails at Killington, Saskadena Six, Okemo, Ascutney, etc. Also nearby is the world-class dining and shopping in Woodstock, VT and Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH.
The house is equipped with all modern home amenities, including a gas range, a dishwasher, a microwave, a combo washer/dryer and a dual unit mini-split heat pump system. The property includes a firepit and a large 13x13 deck suspended from the maple trees in the hill overlooking the property for a spectacular view of the tree canopy, as well as a western red cedar hot tub.
Located in Hartland, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Vermont Institiute of Natural Science and Sugarbush Farm are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Quechee Gorge Village and King Arthur Flour. Upper Valley Aquatic Center and Path of Life Garden are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and ice skating.
