One-bedroom apartment may be available depending on the reservation schedule. For a single person or couple, you might consider renting the one-bedroom apartment located over the garage portion of the house. Generally only the main portion of the house or the apartment would be rented at one time as we do prefer only a total of 8 persons in residence, however sometimes the rental may overlap a night. Very separate, perfect if bringing a nanny or relative who would like a 'private space'. Light , spacious with wonderful water views.
Rental rate varies based on rental period/length of stay.
