There are two spacious bedrooms. The master en suite features a plush king size bed with night stands and bedtime reading lamps, ceiling fan, large walk in closet and a 3/4 granite and tile bath with his and her sinks and overhead makeup lighting. A walk in shower with glass doors, overhead heating lamp and spacious linen closet complete this en suite. The 2nd bedroom features a plush queen size bed also with night stands and nautical bedtime reading lamps, overhead ceiling fan and a large walk in closet with storage shelves. Each bedroom has individually controlled heat and a/c.
The kitchen features granite counters, SS appliances including a side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, smooth cooktop range, above range microwave and an abundance of storage and cabinetry. A breakfast bar accommodates casual seating. The dining area features a large dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The open concept kitchen/dining and living room enjoys the sights, sounds and smells of the ocean with direct access to a covered oceanfront deck. Come enjoy your coffee every morning and watch the sun rise before your eyes from your expansive deck complete with lounge chairs for relaxing after a hot summer day on the beach.
The full common area bathroom accommodates guests with a full size tub/shower and sliding glass doors. Additionally there is a large linen closet, granite vanity with single bowl sink and tile flooring.
