Welcome to our spacious coastal retreat in the heart of Half Moon Bay, California. This exceptional property offers the perfect beachside escape for families, friends, or groups, with two separate units, ensuring both privacy and togetherness. The property is conveniently located within a short 5-minute stroll from a nearby beach.

Guest Access:

Guests access the unit via keyless entry. Check-in is automatic.

Note:

Beach access is next to the house. Please be careful walking on the deck if it’s wet due to any fog. There is a deck with deck furniture. The deck furniture has padding that is located in the upper-level living room in the corner. Everyone in this community is tight-knit and friendly so don’t hesitate to smile and say hi.

We have beach essentials boxes (folding chairs and beach tents) available for rent in the house, let us know if you would like to rent!

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 5 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:

The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 9 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $45 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 15.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies.

For your safety and comfort, we’ve installed a Minut device to monitor noise, temperature, and humidity. It doesn’t record audio or video, ensuring your privacy. The device respects your personal space, focusing solely on maintaining a peaceful environment. Your privacy is paramount to us!
