Welcome to our own Home from Home in the Florida sunshine.
Dunes Sunshine Villa is a wonderful place to come back to to relax after a hectic day in the parks or shopping. Set on the lovely gated and secure Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club Resort, our Villa benefits from golf course views front and rear, nestled between the 3rd Green and 4th Tee it villa provides everything you could need for your stay in the Sunshine State. There is parking for 1 car on the driveway.

Fully air conditioned with 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) and 3 bathrooms mean there is plenty of room for everyone. One of the master bedrooms is downstairs so gives easy access for anyone who might have any problems with stairs.
A lovely open plan layout with a comfortable lounge which leads into the kitchen, the family can still be together when meals are being prepared. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals and has a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. It has a breakfast bar which seats 3 and a nook seating 4 with lovely views over the pool and golf course behind.

A 55" Smart 4k TV with Netflix access, DVD player and a cable package with 100's of channels and PL Football in the open plan lounge means that there is something for everyone to enjoy watching whilst you chill out. For those who want to watch TV in the bedroom, all 4 bedrooms have TV with ROKU sticks to enalble you to enjoy the full cable package as the main lounge.

Also downstairs is the queen master bedroom which has direct access to the pool area.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with golf course view at rear and with its own en suite bathroom which has a separate shower stall and tub and twin sinks. Across the landing are the two rooms, 1 has a full size bed and dresser and has a Paris / Disney theme, the other has twin beds and is Star Wars themed. Both have golf course view and they share a bathroom between them.

Outside is the lovely private pool, gets plenty of sun but is also sheltered by trees and bushes for privacy, it is not overlooked at the back and the bushes do give a degree of privacy from the neighbours either side. The pool can be heated if required (recommended between November and March) for an additional charge. We also have a covered lanai with table and chairs so you can sit and enjoy your chilled drink while watching the kids in the pool or just watching the beautiful Florida sunsets. The pool has a safety fence which we recommend you set up whilst it is not in use.

Downstairs is also a laundry room with high spec washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for our guests use.

We also provide a travel cot, high chair and stroller for your little ones.

We added in Summer 2018 a games room, with a 6ft pool table / ping pong table. Also 2 games consoles (Wii & Xbox360) with a selection of games.

All towels and pool towels, all you need is sunscreen!
