John Carter started his plumbing company in 1997 out of his garage in Celina when Celina had a population of only about 2,000. The vision of our company was and still is to service all of the Bobcat nation and beyond. John and Sherry Carter are grateful to be a part of an give to the community. Sherry’s passion was teaching.
