Home is located on the Gunnison River and is minutes from the town of Gunnison and all amenities. Property is in a quiet subdivision and is near, fishing, hunting, rafting, mountain bike trails, Blue Mesa Reservoir, Crested Butte and Crested Butte Ski Area, Dos Rios Golf Course, Kayaking and other outdoor activites. House has two bedrooms: 1 bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed , 2 bedroom has a full bed, living room has a sleeper sofa. Bathroom had a complete remodel in 2010. Kitchen includes pots and pans and some basic utensils. Living room has a T.V. and stereo with a C.D. player. Patio has a BBQ and you can hear the river from the patio. A large circular driveway is friendly to boats and trailers. A weather port provides covered parking. Home is non smoking!!!
