This is a charming, fully equipped home, two queen bedrooms, two full baths, and a sleeping loft (no beds, ladder access). Sleeps two couples comfortably. (Can sleep up to six, guests must provide sleeping bags or air beds) Just bring your clothes, fishing rod and expectations, you won't be disappointed. Located within sight of the Gunnison National Forest and West Elk Wilderness. Close enough to town to be convenient but far enough out to give you the peace you deserve.
Summer gives you hiking, biking and wildflowers, fall for hunting and winter for skiing and Snowmobiling. Gunnison has it all, except for the crowds. This is what a mountain vacation is supposed to be about! We live on the same piece of property (in a separate house, of course) and are happy to be as much a part of your visit, or as little, as you want. If it's advice on what pass to ride on your motorcycle,or which fly to use, just ask. This is the vacation you will talk about!
