The pool area is beach front so it has beautiful Gulf front views. This building also boasts a kiddie pool, charcoal BBQ grills, and on site security.

The connecting dining area has a table that seats four and a breakfast bar that seats two. The kitchen is modern and recently renovated with new cabinets and quartz countertops. The master bedroom has direct Gulf front views, a king sized bed, 32'' flat screen television. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, with an attached bathroom with stand up shower. The stackable washer and dryer is located in the kitchen area. This whole unit is decorated in the owners' coastal style. The balcony is the width of the unit and has a direct Gulf front view.
