The condo is one of 32 units located in a small high rise complex on the 4th of 8 floors and a corner unit overlooking the beautiful sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Elevator service is provided for your convenience. The limited number of units means you will not have a crowded pool or a long wait time for elevator service that you would experience in larger developments. This will allow more time for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Listen to the waves breaking while on the beach or from the balcony overlooking the Gulf while enjoying your favorite beverage with your favorite person, family or friends.
The unit is colorfully decorated with bright colors to put you in the “beach spiritâ€. The unit contains two bedrooms, two full baths and a fully stocked kitchen. The living/dining area has a flat panel TV, with an additional TV in each bedroom. The living area has a glass sliding door that leads to the balcony which contains a comfortable table and chairs with a spectacular view.
The area offers great golf courses, water parks, amusement parks, shopping at many locations, including the outlet mall in Foley, AL. There is something for all ages. You can enjoy the local attractions or simply the peace and serenity of the beach and/or pool at the condo. There are several great restaurants in the area to enjoy, or you can reduce your vacation costs and prepare some or all of your meals in the fully stocked kitchen. There are several grocery stores in the area, so you can buy your groceries after you arrival.
