The unit is clean and well maintained. The bedroom features a queen bed with quality mattress, pillows, and high-end linens. The bathroom holds a full-size tub and shower, fluffy towels, a well-lit vanity, and a selection of toiletries just in case you forget something. The twin daybed and trundle allow a total of four guests to sleep comfortably.

Enjoy morning coffee on the breezeway before starting your day. Prepare breakfast and other meals in the fully stocked kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Coffee is also provided! Relax in the evenings with a movie on the large, flat-screen TV.

This condo unit is located at the end of "condo row" on West Beach. Life is a bit quieter on this side of town. A small grocery and restaurant are within walking distance. Guests have the option of exploring the island or staying put during vacations. There are plenty of activities on the island. You can enjoy parasailing, fishing, boating, golf, Waterville, The Track, the new OWA amusement park, mini-golf, sightseeing, historical sites, and a host of other fun things to do.

Furthermore, there is a large number of restaurants to suit every taste. Taxi's and the BRATS bus system are available, but a car is recommended. For the active guest, walking and bicycle lanes are located all around town.
