LIVING ROOM: If you're looking for an airy, open and spacious floor plan, then Lazy River Lookout is a perfect choice. An extraordinarily large open beamed room features a modern kitchen with bar, well appointed living room centered around a wood burning stone fireplace, and a dining area that seats up to 8.
In the living room, everyone can comfortably gather round for firelight conversations and cocktails, family games or just relax with a movie. The wood burning stone fireplace makes a wonderful backdrop to whatever you choose.
DINING ROOM: The dining area (seating up to 8) is perfectly situated with gorgeous river views. The French doors lead to the deck; making it a cinch to serve food hot off the grill and onto the table.
KITCHEN: You can't have too many cooks in Lazy River Lookout's kitchen. Besides being aesthetically pleasing, the modern kitchen is thoughtfully laid out. It's sure to please even the fussiest cooks.
BEDROOMS: The master bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The queen size bedroom has a quiet cozy feel with its bedside lighting and charming bead board paneling. The third bedroom features a full bed. The interior 3rd bedroom is perfect for those who are late to rise. With no windows, you're bound to get restful sleep till anytime in the morning (or make sure the kids do).
BATHROOMS: The private master bathroom, located through the master bedroom, includes a double vanity and shower/tub combination. The second full bath with shower stall is accessible to the common areas as well as the second and third bedrooms.
OUTDOORS: The hot tub is ideally situated overlooking the river and redwoods beyond. It's the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of local wine. The deck basks in sunlight morning till evening due to it's southern exposure. You too can bask in sunlight all day long while taking in the beautiful river and countryside views.
From the main deck, stairs take you down to a patio and garden area as well as an observation deck. With outdoor seating, the observation deck is yet another place to sit and take it all in.
DOCK: Stick your feet in, cannonball, launch the kayaks and canoe (included), or drop a line in and sip on a cold one. It's the best place to spend a lazy summer day.
Watercraft, river access, beaches and docks are available only seasonally depending on river levels, dam and bridge installations, which is beyond our control.
Rates are subject to change. One week minimum (6 nights plus the 7th free) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Holiday periods are an additional 10% and have their own minimum stay requirements (call or email for details). Additional charges for cleaning, damage waiver, tax (14% on top of rental rate and cleaning fee) and booking fee apply to all reservations.
