Current Mendocino Order states “Vacation Rental (regardless of size) shall be occupied by no more than one household or living unit, which can include no more than 4 adults and the children of that household.” Please do not submit requests that do not meet these parameters.

Further, as a part of each reservation or booking each adult will be required to sign an Addendum Agreement describing additional obligations of the guests as per Mendocino County Health Order. Owner reserves the right to cancel bookings where required by County Health Order. Owner will refund Owner portion of booking if this occurs.


This property is located in the banana belt of Gualala, Ca. where the weather is almost always warm and sunny even if much of the coast is covered in fog, yet is just minutes from the river and beach. As you drive down the private driveway, this large home sits majestically in a serene redwood meadow with a beautiful deck, and garden.
The home is spacious and has a great kitchen with a new commercial grade stove and beautiful granite counter tops. The dining room can accommodate large groups for memorable meals with your family and friends. The living room has vaulted ceilings, with stairs that lead to a large sleeping loft. (Considered to be 2 of the bedrooms) The loft is separated by a partial wall and has 2 new Queen beds on each side. In addition to the loft, there is a master bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom. Enjoy grilling on the the large deck and take in the beautiful meadow and gardens. There is cable TV and wi-fi in the home.

Note: The only heat source for this property is a wood burning stove. Wood located in shed behind the house.
