The interior living space offers comforts for every season, including an electric reclining loveseat, an electric fireplace to snuggle up to, and a comfortable queen-size bed to soothe you to sleep. The studio also offers a large kitchenette and a gas grill on the attached balcony.

You can spend your days whale-watching and beachcombing, then return home to a dartboard, a 70-inch OLED smart TV with Roku, a high-end, surround-sound entertainment system that includes a stereo, a Blu-ray player, and a large collection of DVDs and CDs. Eagle’s Landing provides guests with a comfortable writing desk located by the fireplace. It’s the ideal place to work, write postcards, or read one of the many books available. In the backyard, there is a private hot tub with a fabulous whitewater ocean view, plus an outdoor kitchen with a Lynx Napoli pizza oven, ceramic grill, gas grill, refrigerator, and a sink. On chilly evenings stay warm and cozy around the gas firepit.

There is a pool table, 16-foot shuffleboard table, double lounger, seasonal game tables, and two separate awnings with dimmable LED lighting for each. This getaway also offers well-lit, paved parking for your convenience and has a newly installed electric vehicle charging station. Oh, and don't forget to keep an eye out for the family of bald eagles that live right here in the neighborhood.

The location of this studio cannot be beat, as it sits in the center of charming downtown Gualala. You'll be 500 feet from Four-Eyed Frog Books or a delicious breakfast at Trinks Cafe. You'll also be just a quarter-mile stroll from every grocery need at the Surf Market. The oceanfront Sea Ranch Golf Links is a mile south down Highway 1, and Gualala Point Regional Park (a prime spot for whale-watching and hiking the legendary Bluff Trail) is even closer. Cook's Beach is one-and-a-half miles to the north. You can also rent canoes or kayaks to take out on the Gualala River or catch amazing sunsets at the Point Arena Lighthouse 19 miles north.

Parking notes: Only one parking space. Please use the designated guest parking spot. If there is a second car, you must use street parking.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
