The villa is located at the end of a private road which has no passing traffic and is therefore free of any traffic noise or pollution.
Belle Isle is a haven of peace and quiet, all you will hear from dawn until dusk is birdsong, and at night the Cicadas - with the sound of the sea quietly in the background.

The villa is perfectly located to easily access and explore all of the island's many attractions and beaches.

Guests have sole private use of the villa, its fenced garden, pool and sundeck, and will enjoy a wonderful outdoor lifestyle :-

Al fresco dining - swimming - sunbathing - reading or snoozing under a parasol by the pool or in one of the gazebos, or watching the hummingbirds and butterflies on the many flowering trees and plants in the landscaped garden.

All major bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining patio face south and enjoy excellent natural light and views of the garden and/or ocean.
Two of the bedrooms also have balconies overlooking the garden - ideal for a relaxed breakfast as you watch the garden come to life or for a quiet evening drink as the sun sets over the ocean.

All bedrooms have modern quiet Carrier a/c units.

Upon request we will be happy to reconfigure one or more of the bedrooms into an office or study.

• BEDROOM 4- King sized double bed{ USA = Queen} . The bedroom is fully furnished and has modern quiet Toshiba AC. Front garden view.

* BEDROOM 5- Superb large room which is ideal as an office or study. (modern quiet Carrier AC unit) - fully furnished . Views of garden and ocean. As an alternative and upon request this room can be used as a 5th bedroom with two standard size double beds.

Two gazebos ideal for outdoor entertaining and dining, enjoying a cool drink, or reading in the shade. Wi-fi in both gazebos and the pool area.

Fenced garden with extensive landscaped grounds. Many flowering shrubs and trees which attract Hummingbirds and butterflies, and a small orchard. ( mango, grapefruit, passion fruit, star fruit, noni, etc..)
You will probably see Magnificent Frigate Birds and Pelicans flying overhead or feeding offshore.

* HIGH QUALITY & EXTENSIVE KITCHEN EQUIPMENT. –there should be everything you need, and more - including an Nespresso " Pod" coffee maker !

* CAR HIRE :- The car-rental firms can have your car waiting for you at the villa -plus a temporary Grenadian Driving Licence.

* ISLAND TOURS :- Our local taxi driver knows the island in great detail and offers tailor made tours.

* HELP & ADVICE :- Grenada offers a wide range of holiday activities in addition to the wonderful sunny climate and superb uncrowded beaches and guests are free to contact us either before or during their holiday for any information, advice or special requests.
In addition our Property Manager lives close to the villa and will be on hand throughout your stay to help with advice and to deal with any problems that may arise.

SUITABILITY :-

* smokers are asked to only smoke outside.

* Parking is on the driveway right outside the front door.

* Children:- The Villa may not be suitable for children under 5 since the pool is 5 ft deep and there are steps in the garden and leading to the main Gazebo .
However, the award winning La Sagesse Beach is close by and is perfect for toddlers and young children as well as adults . La Sagesse Bay is partially protected by a reef , has a crescent sandy beach and plenty of shade ,- and the depth of the water shelves very gradually.
La Sagesse Country Inn & Beach Bar is by the beach and offers cold drinks & delicious ice-cream as well as snacks and full meals - plus two washrooms.

* Pets are not allowed in the villa or grounds in any circumstances.

Finally, some 3-5 days before your flight we send a CONFIRMATION OF ARRANGEMENTS email with more key information which also confirms that our Property Manager will meet you at the villa to show you around, help you with your luggage, hand you the keys, and answer any questions you may have.

Located in St. David, this villa is in the mountains and on the waterfront. Grenada National Museum and Carriacou Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Frederick and Fort Matthew. Sunnyside Garden and Hyde Park Tropical Garden are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
