Living Room: Large 60" wall mounted wifi and Antenna TV with over 500 shows to watch, Queen Sofa Bed that sleeps 2 people. Bed is a memory foam mattress that is encased in a protective cover that keeps the mattress free from allergens etc.. 2 chairs, new windows, bright and sunny, coffee table, area rug, throw pillows, games etc.
Outside: Great dog walking, safe neighborhood. Fenced in yard that is partially privacy fenced and chain link fence. Side kitchen door is fence in to allow easy pet access in and out.
Parking is off street in gravel driveway.
