Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Beacon Landing Luxury condo sits on the shores of Lake Granby and features three levels with two upper decks and ground level patio, all with spectacular views of Lake Granby and the surrounding mountains.. Decorated to fit the mountain and lake settings. Upper level is the master bedroom area with full bathroom and heated jetted tub. Second level is the kitchen, dining, living area (gas grill on deck) with the 1/2 bath and washer/dryer area. Main entry level has the two bedrooms with common bathroom. (one with queen size bed and one with double and bunk above). We are located 90 minutes fro Denver, 15 minutes from the town of Granby and only 10 minutes from the historical town of Grand Lake. The summer and winter activities are plentiful. Our condo amenities: Two Fireplaces, Phone, TV, DVD, full kitchen (cooking utensils included). Linen is provided. Attached to our 8 unit complex is Beacon Landing Marina and bait shop. 5 lakes in this area. Sorry NO PETS allowed.
Located in Grand Lake, this condo is in the mountains and on the beach. Kauffman House Museum and Grand Lake Area Historical Society are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Rocky Mountain National Park and Arapaho National Recreation Area. Cascades of the Rockies Bookstore and Lilliput Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the ice skating and sledding.
