Unwind at Sparn Mountain Hideaway, your cozy home away from home, offering all you need for a comfortable stay with friends and family. Kick back and make memories! When you enter our Sparn Mountain Hideaway, you are welcomed into a lovely living room with not just one but two full leather couches, one serving as a sofa sleeper, and a smart TV. The large modern dining table has plenty of room with seating for 6-8 guests. The kitchen has an open bar into the dining room which creates a great place to gather. The kitchen is equipped with a full refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and is fully stocked with all you need to have a home cooked meal. Directly past the living room and down the hallway to the right is the full bathroom that is suited with a full bathtub/shower and plenty of counter space to spread out. This home features three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and a workspace with a desk and chair. Another bedroom, which is great for kids, is equipped with two twin beds and full dresser. The next bedroom is suited with a comfy queen bed to feel at home. Between the kitchen and hallway is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Out back you will find a patio area with a propane grill great for barbeques and hanging out with friends. There is off-street parking to the side of the home.
Located in Grand Junction, this vacation home is in the city center and in the mountains. Cross Orchards Historic Site and John McConnell Math and Science Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Grand Junction Motor Speedway and Western Colorado Botanical Gardens. Mesa County Fairgrounds and Bananas Fun Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
