The home is located on 2 acres just 5 minutes from downtown, but feels like you're out in the country. The panoramic views are spectacular & ever changing. The sunrise over the Mesa makes the morning hangout on the porch a great way to start the day. Just as impressive would be watching the changing colors on the Bookcliffs while maybe grilling during the sunset. Hiking and biking trails surround the house with access to the lunch Loops Trails nearby. The house has an open feeling, with beautiful stone and woodwork. There is plenty of room for you, your friends & family on the 1,000 square foot concrete patio (with an 8 person hot tub) overlooking the Grand Valley. A large laundry/mud room offers safe storage for bikes and other outdoor equipment. Pets are welcome to stay for a $60 fee and the outside has a fenced in back yard.

Located in Grand Junction, this vacation home is in the mountains. John McConnell Math and Science Center and Cross Orchards Historic Site are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Bananas Fun Park and Redlands Mesa Golf Club. Western Colorado Botanical Gardens and Mesa County Fairgrounds are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
