My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a private bedroom with attached private master bath (456 sq. ft. total space) and outside entrance (no entry through the main dwelling) has keyless code (self check-in) for access. We are located 9 minutes from the east entrance to Colorado National Monument, 1.5 hours from Moab, UT and Arches National Park, and 20 minutes from Fruita, CO (some of the best mountain biking in the country). Secure area for bikes. All that and we are still only 5-10 minutes from downtown, grocery stores, and restaurants. Very nice views from the property. Suite has a queen bed with memory foam pad, love seat, table and 4 chairs, rocking chair. ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, iron, ironing board, and mini fridge. Master bath has a double sink vanity with walk-in double headed shower. There is a deck off the suite with table, 4 chairs, and umbrella.

Located in Grand Junction, this apartment is in the city center and on a river. John McConnell Math and Science Center and Cross Orchards Historic Site are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Redlands Mesa Golf Club and Bananas Fun Park. Western Colorado Botanical Gardens and Canyon View Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
